The private apartments can accommodate two people without any problems. Our courses are available all year round and they start every Monday, regarding the accommodation in private studios we have to book in advance since we do not administer the building where the apartments are located.

"What is the process for getting a specific letter for CADIVI"

The student needs to register in our school. In order to get registered, we need an initial payment. The payment has to be done by credit card (Visa or Master Card). Then, I will provide the student with a specific letter for CADIVI (this letter contains more details than the regular one), one in Spanish and one in English.

"I have a prospective student from Venezuela who would like to study at OISE: Montreal Language Studies. This student is from Venezuela and is applying for funds from CADIVI. I see that you do not charge a registration or express mail fee. Can you issue this student a CADIVI letter without his initial payment of any fees?"

Regarding the letter, we can send a letter of acceptance (is it what you call a CADIVI letter?), but the student needs to pay a certain amount. This amount will not appear on the letter of acceptance so the student will be able to get the full payment by CADIVI. When we receive the payment from CADIVI, we will refund the money to the student.
