Cursus beschrijving

This is the most suitable course for the majority of students. An intensive course that allows you to learn quickly and to participate in the college´s programmed activities where you will continue to learn. During the
first two hours, you will be taught various grammatical topics and they will be supported by a variety of exercices. These will include the correction of sentences, examples, structural work on texts... The following two hours will be devoted to conversation: oral and written expression, vocabulary,
idioms, comprehensions

Colegio Delibes is gevestigd in een historisch gebouw, op vijf minuten lopen van de Plaza Mayor. Het is onlangs gerestaureerd en uitgerust met de nieuwste technologie; 26 klaslokalen met airconditioning, een video- en conferentieruimte, een bibliotheek en IT-ruimtes met gratis internettoegang en wifi.

Er is ook een afgesloten patio waar je kunt ontspannen met een kopje koffie en een praatje kunt maken met andere studenten tijdens de pauzes.
Ons college kenmerkt zich het beste door zijn authentieke internationale ambiance met een compleet programma van naschoolse activiteiten, waarvan de meeste gratis zijn.

U vindt Colegio Delibes in een van de hoofdstraten, op vijf minuten lopen van de Plaza Mayor, het stadscentrum en een typisch ontmoetingspunt in Salamanca.

We zitten in een recent gerestaureerd historisch gebouw, volledig uitgerust met de nieuwste technologie. Je komt de school binnen via een ruime ingang waar je 26 klaslokalen met airconditioning, een video- en conferentieruimte, onze gratis internetzaal, de koffieruimte waar je tijdens de pauzes met je vrienden kunt praten en natuurlijk de bibliotheek kunt vinden.

Het beste kenmerk van ons college is de zeer internationale sfeer waar je mensen van over de hele wereld en alle leeftijden zult ontmoeten. Je zal niet alleen samen van je lessen kunnen genieten, maar ook van een breed scala aan naschoolse activiteiten die deel uitmaken van ons complete programma. We beginnen de week met een bowlingwedstrijd en eindigen deze met een aantal danslessen of een diner en een feestje, we bieden een aantal sporten aan en ons zeer authentieke "tapas" uitje.

Als je eenmaal hebt besloten dat je Spaans wilt leren of oefenen, kun je kiezen uit tien verschillende soorten cursussen. Je kunt alleen de taal leren maar ook iets extra's doen, zoals cultuur, literatuur, zakendoen of vertalen. Als je snel vloeiend moet zijn, hebben we nog een speciale cursus om je sneller "te laten spreken" dan verwacht. Misschien wilt u heel specifiek Spaans voor uw werk of een op maat gemaakte cursus alleen voor u of het D.E.L.E-examen (het officiële diploma van de Spaanse regering met uw taalniveau). Je kunt bijna alles bestuderen wat je wilt.

U kunt voor uw accommodatie bij ons kiezen uit vijf verschillende opties. We hebben uitstekende gastgezinnen waar je Spaans "moet" spreken, je kunt een volledig uitgerust appartement delen met enkele van onze studenten of wonen in onze eigen studentenresidentie en alles voor je gedaan krijgen. Het is ook mogelijk om een hotel of zelfs een privéstudio voor uzelf alleen te kiezen.

"Very professional and very kind staff"

Classes where intensive, teachers where ambitious. The house of the institute had been closed and without heating for two weeks holidays, so there where really cold during the first week. Activities where suitable and interesting. There where no excursions to other cities, because of lack of participation. So I went by myself. Salamanca is a very beautiful, cosy and interesting city

"Great experience"

I am a 65 year old New Zealander who has been taking weekend Spanish classes as a hobby for the last 2.5 years at the local high school. There are few opportunities to practice and speak Spanish to native speakers in New Zealand.

Some internet browsing told me that Salamanca was a good place to learn Spanish and I located Delibes on line.

At first I was anxious that I would be so much older than the other students and that I might feel out of place, but the Delibes staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The college is very well organised and they quickly graded me into a level of Spanish that suited where I was at. The teachers were challenging but also very nice. I also enjoyed my classmates who came from many different countries.

I particularly enjoyed the afternoon and evening activities programme that the school provided. These covered different aspects of Spanish culture, history, geography and comida.

I stayed in a homestay that I found myself. It was within 15 minutes walk from Delibes Colegio. Salamanca is a great place to visit. It is very safe and you can walk everywhere. There are lots of interesting places to visit.

My only regret was that I only had two weeks. It would have been great to have more time to make more progress.

Die Schule ist einfach zu finden in Salamanca und hat eine Lage sehr zentral. Die Lehrer sind sehr freundlich und motiviert im Unterricht, was das lernen der Sprache erleichtert. Ich war in einer Klasse von ca. 9 Schüler die aus der ganzen Welt kamen um Spanisch zu lernen. Das war sehr interessant um neue Kulturen kennenzulernen und um viele neue internationale Freundschaften zu schließen. Die Aktivitäten unter der Woche waren nicht sehr abwechslungsreich gerade wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt. Im Gegensatz zu den Aktivitäten am Wochenende die der Hammer waren. An dem einen Wochenende gings zum Reiten am anderen in eine Finka zum baden, Paella essen und zum Spiel mit einem jungen Stier.

sitting room there is a large table on which to eat, a television, a sideboard

This type of accommodation has also its advantages. As they are shared flats you will make friends
quickly with other students from the College. In a flat you will enjoy greater freedom, but at the same
