School beschrijving

Sinds 1975 geeft het International House Language Centre Palermo taalcursussen, examens en professionele bijscholing voor taaldocenten zowel intern als in de rest van de gemeenschap.

Als onderdeel van de International House World Organisation worden we ondersteund door de kennis en expertise van professionals over de hele wereld, zodat we onze lessen kunnen aanbieden met de meest actuele methodologie, die zowel boeiend als praktisch zijn om aan zo veel mogelijk individuele behoeften te voldoen.

International House - Language Centre Palermo heeft cursussen voor alle nationaliteiten met niveaus van beginners tot gevorderden. De lessen worden gegeven met de meest up-to-date methodologie en zijn leuk en vooral boeiend.
De klassen hebben maximaal 12 studenten en de docenten geven allemaal les in hun eigen moedertaal.

De lessen zijn voornamelijk 's ochtends en zijn van verschillende intensiviteit.
Het gebruik van schoolboeken en lesmateriaal is inbegrepen in de prijs van de cursus. Alle cursusmaterialen worden elk jaar gekozen uit het beste aanbod op de markt.

IH Sicily is een scholengemeenschap die actief is op het prachtige eiland Sicilië, in het zuiden van Italië. IH Palermo en IH Catania zijn volledig gekwalificeerde centra die Italiaanse taalcursussen aanbieden voor zowel individuen als groepen.

  Wij bieden cursussen Algemeen Italiaans, examenvoorbereiding, werkervaring, duiken en kooklessen.

De scholen bevinden zich beide in het hart van het stadscentrum. De uitstekende locaties van de school zorgen ervoor dat je nooit meer dan een korte wandeling verwijderd bent van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in Palermo en Catania.

"The course, location and teacher were all very inspiring"

I enjoyed my course at International House in Sicily. The location was very nice.
The course was good and thorough. My teacher Benedetta was very knowledgeable and inspiring.
And she was nice and friendly.

I would have liked more conversation and pronunciation exercises because this is the hardest part and you could benefit more from this, being in the country itself.

"That was ok."

I spent one week classes to the international school. The welcoming was ok. The location is perfect and the facilities are great in the school.

I really wanted to speak as much as possible. Even if the teacher was really nice, we spent one week to analyse the differences between two tenses that I perfectly understood before coming. I feel that we could have talked more and about more practical subjects. I don't think that talking about religion is necessary at such a low level. I know that my frustration comes from my job as I am a French teacher for foreigners so I deal very well with the grammar. Some days I replay felt that I was loosing my time and money.

I have still appreciated to go there everyday and I would probably come back to the school in a future trip to Palermo but I guess, an individual teacher would have worked better for me.

We kunnen geen visas voor studenten aanvragen. De school kan u echter wel met alle benodigde documentatie voorzien die u nodig heeft voor uw visa aanvraag.

Uw acceptatiebrief zal gratis naar uw huisadres per normale post worden gestuurd. Indien u uw documentatie per express post wilt ontvangen zal 25 € in rekening gebracht worden bij uw registratie.
